METALIA LIFETIME WARRANTY PROGRAM

Convinced of the top quality materials we use and thanks to a high level of quality control on our products, Metalia® is proud to offer a complete lifetime warranty under normal conditions of use.

The following components are covered:

Drawers
Sliding system
Welding, including cabinets’ welding
Doors
Handles

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

Overload conditions
Severe or abusive use
Impact coming from exterior sources

This warranty is non-transferable and will extend only to theoriginal purchaser, under presentation of the invoice and a copyof the transaction.

A product considered defective upon receipt will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. Repairs or modifications done by the customer or any third party company will immediately void the warranty. No repair or modification fees will be refunded to the customer.

Metalia® is not responsible for damage caused to either a person or material, due to accidents, impacts or overloading. All cabinets MUST be properly ANCHORED before loading.

Modular cabinets NOT EQUIPPED with a “one-drawer-at-a-time” option:

For operator’s safety and to avoid tilting, the drawers must be used only one at a time and properly closed before opening a new one.
